Purpose of the Role: Work in a fast-paced environment to drive aggressive revenue growth in the Hong Kong market.
Managing end-to-end customer-facing sales process from lead to order received
Continuous focus on up-selling and cross-selling
Self-Lead generation & follow up of incoming leads from marketing efforts & referral partners
Give customer presentations, adapted to customer type
Preparation of price quotations
Negotiate deals to closure
Maintain all record of customer activity throughout the sales process on CRM
Ensure the Niio brand story and messages are adhered to through the sales process
3-5 years proven sales experience
BA degree - desirable
Experience with complex sales offerings
Experience with high-end luxury goods/art sales
Excellent communicator with strong people skills
Track record of strong customer relationships and leads
Passionate, high energy and ambitious
Mandarin & English - written and spoken a must
Living in Hong Kong with the appropriate HK Resident ID
